• How do you figure out your ring size?

  To measure your own ring size, simply print off our ring size guide above and use our sizer tool or simply pop into your local Beaverbrooks store where we’ll be happy to measure your finger.

• Are ring sizes different for men and women?

  No, ring sizes are exactly the same for men and women. There are different average ring sizes for men and women, but a size M in a ladies ring would be the exact same size in a men’s size M ring for example.

• What’s the average ring sizes for men and women?

  For ring sizes in the UK, the average ring size for women is an O and the average ring size for men is a T. It’s good to keep in mind that everyone’s different and one size doesn’t fit all, so make sure to use our handy chart or visit your nearest Beaverbrooks for an accurate size.

• What if I buy the wrong ring size?

  Don’t panic if you’ve bought a ring and haven’t got the right ring size. As long as the ring is unworn, we can look to exchange it if you return it within 30 days of purchase for the right size. After 30 days of purchase, a charge will apply for resizing your ring. Please keep in mind there are certain types of rings that we are unable to re-size. Depending on the metal and style of the ring, for example whether it has a design or stones set around the band, it may be possible for us to adjust it. Pop into your nearest store or call our services team for more advice on resizing.

• Can you make a ring bigger?

  This depends on the style of the ring. The best thing to do is bring your new ring into your nearest Beaverbrooks store and one of our experts will give you the help and advice you need.

• How do I know if my ring is the right fit?

  You want your ring to be comfortable and secure. It should slip comfortably onto your finger with a slight resistance as it goes over your knuckle. It’s important that you can get it off if needed for swimming or for working reasons for example, but it’s important it doesn’t twist around and fall off on its own.
