What’s your favourite thing about working for Beaverbrooks?
“I love our company values and what we stand for! Enriching lives is such a huge part of what we do in our day to day. It is so special to be a part of a company that puts such a huge focus on charity, community, and wellbeing, whilst also being a hugely successful business.”
What made you want to become a buyer?
“I’m very good at spending money, so it was a natural progression! I fell into the jewellery industry by accident after my mum encouraged me to apply for a part time job at a jewellery store while studying at university. I quickly fell in love with watches and jewellery, and the buying side of the business appealed to my analytical brain.”
What’s the most exciting part of your role as a buyer?
“Being able to choose beautiful watches that complement our existing product ranges, and offer our customers options that are perfect for them. It’s so exciting to see something I have selected become one of our customer’s favourite pieces!”
What’s your favourite thing about watches?
“My favourite thing about watches is the sentimental value they bring. I love that a watch is so much more than just a timepiece, it can become an heirloom passed down through the generations, or a representation of a huge life event such as getting married.”
What's on your jewellery wish list right now?
“I’m currently obsessed with yellow gold so I’m currently sending out big hints to my husband for this 9ct Yellow Gold Necklace and this Gucci GG Running 18ct Gold Necklace for Christmas this year!”
How do you style your watches and jewellery together?
“I love to mix metals, so my current watch is the Tudor Black Bay 31 Yellow Gold Diamond Automatic Ladies Watch. I wear that alongside my platinum engagement and wedding rings, and currently love these Yellow Gold Plated Twist Hoop Earrings that my wonderful team bought me for my birthday this year.”
