• Does gold jewellery increase in value?

  We’re confident that you’ll love your gold jewellery pieces, but if you do need to return your gold jewellery, you can do so within 30 days of purchase. Return your unworn gold jewellery in its original packing with a proof of purchase, via post or in-store, and we can refund or exchange your gold jewellery.   We offer delivery options, along with a Click & Collect option to your nearest store for your gold jewellery.

  Standard delivery: Get free delivery on your gold jewellery for orders over £30, and it’s £3.95 for orders under £30. Delivery is within 2 working days when the order is placed before 4pm.

  Next day delivery: Get free delivery on your gold jewellery for orders over £75, and it’s £5.95 for orders under £30. Next day delivery is available when the order is placed before 8pm Monday to Friday, and before 7pm Saturday to Sunday.

  Nominated day delivery: Get free delivery on your gold jewellery for orders over £350, and it’s £5.95 for orders under £350. Select your nominated day for delivery within a 2 week period of placing your order.

  Click & collect: Free on orders over £30, and it’s £2.95 on orders under £30. Get your gold jewellery delivered to any Beaverbrooks store or to one of 12,000 Post Office branches.

  Reserve online &collect in-store: Reserve your gold jewellery online and collect it in store in as little as 2 hours.
